Delinea acquires cyber startup Authomize for several tens of millions of dollars | CTech
US-based Delinea, a provider of Privileged Access Management solutions, has acquired Israeli startup Authomize. The startup, which has developed a platform to detect and eliminate identity-based threats across the cloud, will form the base of Delineas R&D center in Israel. The acquisition deal, estimated at several tens of millions of dollars, included cash and stock. The 38 employees of Authomize will join Delinea and the company plans to expand the center. Authomize was founded in late 2019 and had raised $28 million over a couple of rounds.

Authomize is Now Available in Australian Microsoft Data Centers
Authomize has made its Identity Threat Detection and Response Platform available through Microsoft data centers in Australia. The move is driven by customer demand in Australia, particularly in the finance and insurance sectors, and Authomizes ongoing relationship with the Australian government. The presence in Australian data centers has been operational since November 2022. The Australian Cyber Security Centre reported a 13% increase in cyber incidents in 2022, leading to a heightened focus on cybersecurity in the country. Authomizes platform can help organizations meet the security measures outlined in the Essential Eight Maturity Model. The companys ITDR Platform offers visibility and monitoring of identities, access privileges, and access activity, helping organizations restrict administrative privileges and implement multi-factor authentication.
