Elbit Systems and Bagira are developing new anti-terror simulators
Israeli companies, in cooperation with the IDF and Israeli border police, are developing simulation systems to improve training for special units in anti-terror operations. Elbit Systems, a major defense company in Israel, is developing anti-terror simulators and providing a comprehensive solution for joint tactical force-on-force live training. The IDF has expanded underground training facilities and acquired weapons to neutralize tunnels. Elbit Systems has also supplied the IAF with a connected simulator for training fighter pilots. Bagira, another Israeli company, has developed the MAGNET Magazine, a device that complements the Laser Engagement Training System and provides a solution for realistic training without the need for blank ammunition. These efforts aim to improve the training of Israeli anti-terror units.

Bagira to supply JOBSS to Netherlands
Bagira Systems has won a tender with the Netherlands Ministry of Defence to supply its Joint-fire BattleSpace Simulator (JOBSS) for joint-fires processes training. The company will adapt JOBSS to the customers needs and provide simulator configurations for training at various bases. Bagira will also sustain and support the simulators on-site for at least ten years.

Bagira Systems has developed a successful tactical simulation system called MagNet, which offers realistic rifle fire simulation without using ammunition. The system has been adopted by the USMC and is used by the IDF in Israel. Bagira Systems promotes four product lines, with MagNet being the primary product generating tremendous interest. The system saves costs on ammunition and enables tactical training in urban areas. It is lighter than previous systems and records and analyzes training sessions. Bagira Systems also offers other products such as Break Point for running multiple entities simultaneously, strike cell simulation, and a laboratory for testing scenarios. The company was founded by Arie Mizrachi and is currently run by his son Yaron.
