Cannibble Foodtech has entered into a partially binding letter of intent to acquire Eshbal Functional Foods Cooperative. The Proposed Acquisition will expand Cannibbles business in the global health and wellness market. Eshbal is a private Israeli food manufacturer that develops and produces unique formulations of functional foods. The acquisition is expected to be an all shares transaction, with the Vendors receiving 50% of the issued and outstanding Cannibble Shares at closing. Eshbal will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cannibble, and Yuval Levy will join the board as chairman. The completion of the acquisition is subject to negotiation, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions.

Israeli-based food-tech developer Cannibble Food-Tech has announced the opening of its second crowdfunding round in Israel. The company aims to raise 4 million NIS (~$1.15 million) at a price of 9.38 NIS ($2.7) per share. The first crowdfunding round raised over $1 million and attracted over 1,000 investors. Cannibble has already completed its first qualified production line in Miami, manufacturing CBD and Hemp seeds products.
