HUB Security acquires cybersecurity company Comsec for over $20 million
HUB Security has announced the acquisition of Comsec Global for NIS 70 million ($21.8 million). The merger is expected to more than double HUBs revenues and expand its global sales and distribution infrastructure to over 40 countries.
