EMUZE develops and manufactures high-end e-mobility platforms, electric scooters, and alternative personal vehicles. Medigus Forms Joint Venture for the Development of Urban and Logistics Electric Vehicles with EMuze Founders

Medigus Ltd has signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture, NewCo, for the development and commercialization of urban and logistics EV micro-mobility vehicles for last mile delivery and cargo. The joint venture partners include Amir Zaid and Weijian Zhou, founders of EMuze, and Medigus via its subsidiary Charging Robotics Ltd. The joint venture aims to develop unique EVs with long-lasting battery life and tailored designs for heavy-duty operations. Medigus will initially invest $250,000 and can acquire up to 50.1% of NewCos share capital by investing a total of $1,350,000 based on predefined milestones. The agreement was signed in February 2021.
