Endometriosis: Better diagnostic tool under development - ISRAEL21c
EndoCure, a startup based in Haifa, Israel, is developing a diagnostic tool for endometriosis, a disease that affects an estimated 200 million women worldwide. The tool uses an enhanced form of ultrasound combined with artificial intelligence to identify and map tiny lesions in the pelvic cavity, which are often invisible to standard imaging systems. The company, which was officially launched in November 2023, has received a small investment from Technion Prof. Moshe Shoham and a grant from the Israel Innovation Authority. EndoCures CEO, Hadas Ziso, hopes to market the product within two or three years.

Seven start-ups to go head-to-head at Femtech World Awards
