Social gaming developer Playtika has agreed to acquire Israeli mobile gaming studio Innplay Labs for up to $300m. The deal includes an initial payment of $80m, with the final price potentially being higher. Innplay Labs, founded in 2019, has received investment from several parties including Vgames. The acquisition is part of Playtikas strategic expansion of its portfolio.
