Dental implant company MIS Implants Technologies has been acquired by Dentsply Sirona for $375 million. MIS had $80 million in revenue at the time of the acquisition. The company was founded by Doron Peretz and Eitan Peretz and became a partnership between the Peretz brothers and the Hirsch family.
