Rapida, a startup specializing in AI-driven infrastructure monitoring, has expanded its partnership with Mekorot, Israels largest water company. The new agreement involves integrating Rapidas technology into hundreds of Mekorots concrete water reservoirs, enhancing maintenance efficiency. This expansion follows a successful initial implementation in over 100 reservoirs, leading to a continued investment estimated at several million shekels. Rapidas technology uses drones and AI to scan and assess the condition of concrete structures, providing detailed reports for maintenance purposes. In addition to Mekorot, Rapida is also monitoring other infrastructures, including projects in Europe, with investment support from Shapir Engineering.
