Raviv and Ravel to merge into NIS 500m auto parts co
Auto parts manufacturers Raval Ltd. and Raviv ACS Ltd., both split from Kibbutz Revivim 13 years ago, are considering a merger. The share-swap deal would result in Ravals shareholders owning 65% of the merged company. The merger aims to create a larger company, resulting in operational improvements, economies of scale, and a sounder financial footing. The combined turnover of the two companies was €115 million. After the merger, Kibbutz Revivim will own 58.2% of the combined company, and FIMI will own 20.3%.
