Despite dire results, Telrad buys Marmanet for NIS 102m
Telrad Networks CEO Ran Bukshpan has resigned after the company reported poor results for the fourth quarter of 2018 and the entire year. Marmanet specializes in project management and finished 2018 with a 6% increase in revenue. Telrad plans to use a loan from Marmanet and two banks to finance the acquisition. Telrads revenue for the fourth quarter of 2018 was $31.5 million, a 15% decrease from the previous year. Telrads revenue for 2018 fell 7.7% to $130 million. Telrads market cap has fallen 65% since its listing on the TASE in 2017.

Telrad raises NIS 80m in TASE IPO
Telrad Networks Ltd. is set to become a public company following a successful institutional part of its TASE IPO. Telrad Networks, a communications equipment company, has submitted a draft prospectus to raise NIS 100 million in shares and options. The company is valued at NIS 380-400 million. Telrad Networks is planning to launch an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The main shareholder of Telrad is Fortissimo Capital, a private equity firm.
