Israeli-American cloud storage company Zadara has laid off ten employees out of its 80-person workforce in Israel, as well as parting ways with co-founder and CTO Yair Hershko. The company, which has raised over $100 million to date, is adapting to current market conditions and customer demands. As part of this process, there will be changes in the companys senior management and organizational structure, and a reduced number of employees in Israel. Zadara is supporting the affected employees and recently completed another funding round to ensure long-term operations and continued growth.

Zadara Acquires NeoKarm - FinSMEs
Zadara, an Irvine, Calif.-based edge cloud provider, has acquired NeoKarm, a provider of multi-cloud hybrid platforms. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. With this acquisition, Zadara obtains NeoKarm technology and former Stratoscale software IP, enabling MSPs to offer an on-demand private cloud built and fully-managed by Zadara. Simon Grinberg, CEO for NeoKarm, has joined Zadara as the head of product.
