Ajo

AJO is a software company that develops a mobile-first solution for structured data logging in field environments. The company focuses on replacing unstructured paper logs, spreadsheets, and informal messaging with a standardized, multilingual tool optimized for workers in construction, logistics, infrastructure, and maintenance. The AJO platform enables the creation and sharing of object-based records, such as tools, vehicles, equipment, or tasks, using QR/NFC identification, media attachments, and geo-tagged entries. The system operates in offline environments with delayed synchronization, and supports modular workflows such as inspections, shift reports, and service reminders. Originally developed for in-house use in asset-heavy projects, AJO has since evolved into a standalone solution aimed at organizations working in low-connectivity, multilingual, and mobile-first environments. It is currently deployed in safety and logistics operations, and available through the Android Play Store. AJO was initially launched in 2021 and redeveloped in 2025 after a strategic pause, with a new focus on structured field data collection, mobile-first UX, and accessibility in offline or multilingual environments.

Ajo was founded in 2018 by Alexey Sokolov (Co-founder), Alex Sokolov (CIO).
