Amichai Shulman

Amichai Shulman is a cyber security researcher, entrepreneur and investor. He is currently one of the Co-founders and Advisory Board members of AirEye, which provides full protection against any form of airborne attack launched against the organizational network. In addition, he is currently a member at Cyberstarts, a VC firm focused on cybersecurity and mostly backed by cyber entrepreneurs,and an Investor and Advisor to various startups and also a Venture Advisor YL Ventures, a well-known Israeli VC firm. Mr. Shulman is well known as one of the Co-founders and CTO of Imperva, where he headed the Imperva Defense Center, an internationally recognized research organization focused on security and compliance. He served in his position until the company's acquisition by Thoma Bravo in October 2018. Prior to his career in Imperva, Mr. Shulman was co-founder and CTO of Edvice Security Services, a consulting group that provided application and database security services to major financial institutions. Mr. Shulman has also served as an Adjunct Professor since 2000 at the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology. Mr. Shulman was also tasked with leading an elite IDF Cyber Security section, whose responsibility was to identify new computer attack and defense techniques.
