Ari Buchler

Ari Buchler is the Chief Legal Officer of Intralinks, a financial technology provider for the global banking, deal-making and capital markets communities. Prior to this role, he was a principal at DAB Advisory. Prior to his role in DAB Advisory, he served as General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development at Sophos Group plc. Prior to Sophos, Ari was a senior executive at Rocket Software, where he served as VP and General Counsel from March 2012. Ari directed Rocket Softwares global legal affairs and played a key role in the companys aggressive M&A strategy. Before Rocket Software, Ari spent 18 months advising emerging companies in the healthcare technology and IT industries. He also served as SVP, Legal and Regulatory Services at Phase Forward. Mr. Buchler invests in cybersecurity, FinTech, enterprise-software, SaaS, cloud, digital transformation, healthcare, and life sciences technologies.
