Arie Capital is a UK based venture capital firm focused on investing in Israeli technologies. Arie Capital supports small businesses with advanced technology expertise to build on their commercial abilities. It targets companies with an established proof of concept, strong scalable IP and early to limited sales, with identifiable potential markets. The fund will look to invest and take a hands-on approach in international business development. Arie Capital invests in a wide range of companies, ranging from traditional telecoms sectors of cable, wireless, internet and satellite to innovative new technologies. It is always on the look at new horizons in data transmission and appliances. Arie Capital is also engaged in helping their clients find strategic growth opportunities through cross-border transactions: acquisitions, mergers, strategic partnerships, international business development, and capital raising. They are able to serve as an outsourced M&A / business development division for businesses that have critical mass for growth transactions, but lack resources to handle cross-border transactions. Its other activities also include a private equity platform, which invests in companies poised for significant improvement or growth that attract high-quality management teams.
