What does Baot do?
Baot is the largest community in Israel for women in software positions such as software development, data science, architecture, devops, and various engineering management roles including VPs & CTOs. The community's mission is to help its members to create meaningful careers and thrive at work, and by that to fight 'the leaky pipeline'. In addition to serving as a professional hub, Baot operates multiple career development programs and manages a daughter community called Hofhot Lemefathot (in Hebrew - becoming software developers). The community has over 4000 members, a meet-up every week on average, 15 programs with 40 program managers and over 300 volunteers.
