Victors medication adherence and digital biomarkers platform is designed to monitor patient progress and predict treatment outcomes. In addition, Victor supports the entire drug consumption cycle, and it collects and analyzes data and digital biomarkers which provide meaningful insights into patient health and treatment. Victor can also predict deterioration through its analysis of patterns related to elevated hospitalization and medication nonadherence. Victor also connects to designed IoT, which increases patient adherence and enables in-depth data analysis, quality of care, and precision medicine. By leveraging data science, digital medicine, informatics, and artificial intelligence, all while improving medication adherence and tracking symptoms of disease progression, Centrefy turns valuable data into actionable insights that can drive measurable results and predict treatment outcomes.
