DragOnFlow is an innovative software platform that transforms clinical trial protocols into interactive guides, ensuring accurate execution and consistent documentation of screening and treatment procedures. The system streamlines the clinical team's workflow, eliminates reliance on paperwork, and enables seamless protocol adherence, free of deviations and errors - before data is entered into the EDC. There’s a critical gap between how clinical trial protocols are designed and how they’re implemented at the site level. This disconnect leads to deviations, inefficiencies, and preventable trial failures. Even with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems in place, many trials still depend on paper-based workflows during key phases. particularly pre-screening, screening and treatment visits. Why? Because EDCs are typically used only after a subject’s visit is complete, rather than supporting real-time decision-making during the visit itself. After each visit, DragOnFlow generates a structured, protocol-compliant report that can be seamlessly inserted into the EDC, eliminating manual transcription, reducing errors, and accelerating downstream processes. DragOnFlow is already being used by Rambam health campus, the 3rd largest hospital in Israel. Joint projects are now being held with additional hospitals (Galil Medical Center in Israel and Hietzing Hospital Vienna).
