He is currently the company owner & CEO of Eldad Weiss Consulting and Investments (EWCI). Prior to this position, he was the founder, director, and former CEO of Paradigm. Under his leadership, Paradigm ($200M in annual software revenues) has grown from a small boutique technology player into a large multi-national technology company exclusively focused on the delivery of software solutions for the oil & gas E&P industry. Paradigm operates globally via 29 service, technology, and administrative facilities, located in 24 countries. Mr. Weiss led Paradigm through ten strategic acquisitions as well as several financing rounds, including a NASDAQ IPO, and a Going Private transaction with Fox Paine LLC, corporate realignment in 2010 and the acquisition of Paradigm by APAX, in an all-cash $1B transaction and a subsequent $450M leverage financing. In addition, Mr. Weiss is a co-founder and investor in two commercial development real-estate companies; in Moscow and in Conakry the capital of the Republic of Guinea.
