Inbal Shenfeld Kolodziejska

Inbal Shenfeld Kolodziejska is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, investing in early-stage startups. She was the co-founder, COO, Business Development Manager and Board member of Doya Medical, a startup which has developed a noninvasive e-stent technology to reduce or eliminate the need for ear tube surgery for the treatment of otitis media with effusion. In paraller to her role at Doya Medical she has also served as a board member at Paybox Payment Solutions (which was acquired in 2017 by Discount Capital), and as a COO at SAY Wearables (formerly known as Hermes Innovation), which has developed a wearable social platform. Earlier in her career, Inbal has held various HR and operations positions at Intel, Comverse, and Veolia Environment, overseeing activities in Israel Europe and Asia. At Intel, she was a member in several strategic innovations thought leadership teams. She has lead high volume projects and has ample experience in organization structures, high performance team building, change management and mergers and acquisition.
