Ion Crossover Partners (ICP) focuses on founders with growth aspirations and businesses with untapped growth potential. ICP seeks to invest in Israeli and Israel-related technology companies that are in the global expansion phase and have a substantial customer and revenue base. The firm aims to help management teams scale their businesses and utilize a strategic toolkit that includes IPO preparation. ICP has a long-term investment horizon and a willingness to be patient when the right team finds the right market opportunity. ICPs typical investments range from $50 million to $150 million with an average participation of $30 million to $50 million and co-investment from top-tier IPO anchors (e.g. Fidelity, T Rowe, Wellington) that can join the syndicate and remain shareholders post-IPO. ICP is flexible in its investment size and structure in order to match company needs, and could lead $100 million rounds including secondaries or bring $10 million to a syndicated deal. ICP is part of the ION Asset Management investment funds group, which has $1.5 billion under management in hedge funds and private equity funds, and was founded by Stephen Levey and Jonathan Half.

ION Crossover Partners was founded in 2018 by Gilad Shany (Managing Partner), Jonathan Kolodny (General Partner), Gili Iohan (General Partner).
