The group invests in and supports early-stage Israeli companies delivering scalable solutions to global needs. LAVAN sees Israel and the Jewish world at the forefront of the global impact investing movement by 2025, with the world&rsquo;s most sophisticated impact investors, entrepreneurs, accelerators, and fund managers.</p> <p>LAVAN's mission is to build a North American community of angel investors and advisors to support Israeli businesses tackling global social and environmental challenges. It aims to do so in a way that meaningfully engages young leaders and educates them on their investments&rsquo; potential to strengthen Israel and put Jewish values into action.</p> <p>In the process, LAVAN can educate the broader Jewish community on the power of impact investing, highlight Israel and the Jewish world&rsquo;s role within the global impact investment community, and develop a long-term track record of financial and social return that catalyzes Jewish institutional capital to enter the sector.</p>
