MyPwr

The MyPwr App enables scalable violence prevention instruction, enabling users to acquire critical skills directly from their smartphones. The lessons cover the core skills and principles taught in traditional Empowerment Self Defense (ESD) classes, and includes relevant topics, from consent and relationships, to bullying and bystander intervention. The app also includes an extensive library of instructional videos, a resource center, somatic grounding exercises, and a supportive virtual community. MyPwr is proud to partner with educational institutions committed to proactively creating a safer environment for their staff and students. We firmly believe that every student deserves to feel safe on campus. The company's College All-Gender version provides students from diverse backgrounds with essential tools to enhance personal well–being and safety, mitigating the impact of interpersonal violence on students and institutions alike.

MyPwr was founded in 2019 by Yehudit Zicklin-Sidikman​ (FOUNDER, CHAIR, AND ESD EDUCATIONAL ADVISOR).
