Nili Capital is an Israeli based private equity firm focused on helping Israeli and European companies grow through cross border consolidation. Nili seeks to partner with mature lower middle market companies operating in the following sectors: packaging, manufacturing, technology-enabled services, agriculture, water management, defense and aerospace, healthcare products and services. Nili is affiliated with Susquehanna Private Capital based in the US. For the past 25 years, Nili's investment professionals have been acquiring and operating companies in the US, Israel, and Europe, with strong success in cross border acquisitions. By focusing resources on a select number of portfolio companies, Nili works actively with management to ensure that its partners have the resources and financial flexibility to take full advantage of opportunities as they arise in the marketplace. Nili Capital invests in companies that are profitable, with revenue of $10m - $50m in an industry with consolidation acquisition opportunities. Its equity investments range between $10m - $30m per company. Nili Capital's transactions types include acquisition, go-private, recapitalization or consolidation. It also engages in buyouts or control of companies (51% or higher), and in a typical holding period of 5-7 years per company.

Nili Capital was founded in 2019 by Josef Mendelbaum (Partner), Jonathan Zimbalist (Partner).
