The co-working space is facilitated by Oxen9, a Micro VC and business incubation company specializes in locating and identifying companies with unique potential and breakthrough technologies and lead them to success. Startups that join the co-working space can join OXen9's Excess program, get professional accompaniment in building the company, raise capital and everything needed for a start-up to succeed. In addition, membership at Ocean 7 include access to the office complex and all the building's expenses, including rent, management fees, municipal taxes, electricity, water, air conditioning, etc. The subscribers also enjoy a wide range of services, including high-speed wireless internet, conference rooms, use of space, sitting areas and kitchens (including a variety of hot and cold drinks, a refrigerator, microwave and water bar) and the option to participate in the events of the complex.
