Ofer Adler

Ofer Adler is a serial business entrepreneur and angel investor. He co-founded Perion Network (formerly IncrediMail), which delivers advertising solutions to brands and publishers, and served as its Chief Product Officer and as a Director in the company, since November 1999. From February 2008 to August 2010, Mr. Adler served as the Chief Executive Officer of Perion Network. In addition, during his time in the company, Mr. Adler was involved in marketing, business development, and strategic planning for the company. Mr. Adler has also co-founded Metacafe, which developed a video sharing platform, in July 2003, and served as a director in the company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Adler served as a Trader and Portfolio Manager at Clal Insurance (from 1997 to 1999), and as a Trader and Technical Analysis Expert at Batucha (from 1994 to 1997). During his career, Mr. Adler also served as a Director eToro (Europe).
