From long-term planning to real-time dispatching, the company's solution provides detailed work plans, shipment schedules, and material order requirements. OPTUMDispatcher is a finite-capacity software based on a "what-if" and sensitivity analysis environment. It enables a wide range of constraints to be implemented during the scheduling process, including trivial activity duration, routes, and destinations; material availability, the setup matrix, and assisting tools; and quality and process constraints. OPTUMDispatcher provides planners and management with a clear, quick, and real-time shipping plan for each order line while highlighting the root cause of every delay. OPTUM-IES also codeveloped OPTUM-SFC, a designated software for management and control of the production floor.
