Power in Diversity

Power in Diversity represents a collaborative effort involving more than 75 Israeli VC firms and over 200 Israeli start-ups, united with the aim of fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Israeli tech ecosystem. Functioning as an integral part of the industry, Power in Diversity operates internally to respond to the imperative for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Distinguishing itself from other nonprofits that primarily engage with candidates, our approach involves working side by side with tech companies, recognizing that fostering true diversity requires a foundation of proper infrastructure. Our overarching mission is to propel and nurture diversity, equity, and inclusion at a substantial scale within the Israeli tech sector. Through the convergence of VC firms and tech companies, we envision making a meaningful impact on the industry, ultimately contributing to the establishment of a more inclusive and equitable ecosystem for everyone involved.
