Qsee has developed an integrated solution that automates quality control in manufacturers' production lines by performing real-time predictive and prescriptive analysis of production process data and other means of data to achieve a near-zero defect level of manufacturing. The company's machine-learning software builds an AI model for each production machine or line by correlating machine data with quality outcomes (pass/fail or multiple failure states). The AI engine generates a range of hypotheses based on every machine variable and combinations thereof and tests these hypotheses in order to determine which factors are causative or predictive of quality failure. Once the model is running, Qsee's software predicts in real time the product-quality outcome based on the likelihood of correct quality for every production product and batch ahead of time, enabling Qsee's zero-defect production runs. Qsee's nonintrusive technology improves plant productivity while preventing defaults and saving on operating costs, energy, and environmental pollution.
