SKY Fund is a mid-market Israeli private equity fund. The Fund aims to achieve substantial capital appreciation and current income, principally by taking advantage of investment opportunities in middle-market Israeli or Israel-related companies. SKY was founded on the premise that the achievement of superior risk-adjusted returns requires the application of both proven management skills and sophisticated financial expertise. The fund's operational, financial and transactional experience along with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics, enable it to achieve attractive high long term returns, with relatively low risk. This know-how is complemented by industry-wide contacts, allowing it to create outstanding deal flow. Sky seeks investment opportunities in promising mid-market companies, where it can achieve significant influence to lead value creation process, as new hands-on owners. The firm believes that its investment, along with its strategic perspective and effective decision making, can be translated into successful expansion, both through organic growth and via M&A, together with improved operational efficiency. SKY Fund currently manage over $800 million in capital in four funds, raised mainly from institutional investors in Israel and abroad.

Sky Fund was founded in 2005 by Nir Dagan (Co-founder & Managing Partner), Zvi Yochman (Co-founder & Managing Partner).
