The business model revolves around removing barriers to entry for startup founders regardless of their background, educational, societal, or any other. After all History of entrepreneurship is full of individuals that built great companies who today would not pass the selection criteria model's requirements. The incubator itself is the one half of this effort since it serves to establish a steady pipeline of startup projects. The other half is the novel financing model that removes risk for investors as well which is the cornerstone enabling the complete removal of the selection criteria based model.
