Stuart Soffer is an investor, an advisor to Legal and Venture world in software and Intellectual Property & a fellow at Stanford University Law School Center for Internet and Society. He is the founder of IPriori (INC.), a consulting and litigation support firm specializing in the evaluation of intellectual property issues regarding software, internet and eco/green technologies He is also an entrepreneur in custom software and product development, including library catalog tools, fault tolerant systems, blockchain-hosted royalty tracking. As a pioneer in litigation data science, he has developed a comprehensive Intellectual Property database that serves as a tool in evaluating patent portfolios. In Israel, He has invested in CyberX, a well-known cyber security company that provides complete visibility into OT networks and real-time detection and notification of operational incidents, cyber threats, and system tampering. Its solution is designed to minimize disruptions to operations and downtime. He is also a keynote speaker on contemporary topics of IP and sustainable innovation, and he served on a several notable committees as a board member and a director.
