The Change

The Change is a venture capital company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with an office in Tel Aviv. Its technology and science fund makes 100k - 2m investments in early-stage, high-potential businesses. The firm is looking for industry-disruptive ideas from founders who want to create a legacy (and are prepared to sacrifice to make that happen). After it invests, the firm focuses heavily on the individuals behind the ideas, walking them through a challenging and deeply personal process. The firm puts every founder through a rigorous, four-step process with each step led by a different member of its team. The process is a continuous loop, with founders going through up to twenty iterations in 18-months to get their business right. The first step is mindset development. The second step of the process is to develop a step-by-step strategy to make sure the trajectory of the company's success is aimed towards creating billions of pounds of value. The third step of the process is Deconstruction: challenging all the founder has created so far. The last step of the process is Selecting a Blueprint: companies at this final stage will work to choose the right monetization model that will help their idea reach its full market potential.
