TOPeration

TOPeration is a fully autonomous operations and workforce management software for brick and mortar retailers. TOPerations platform maps any retail stores operational needs and creates a one-stop shop for all of the necessary in-store processes, from displays and maintenance to stocking shelves and adhering to regulatory requirements, while streamlining in-store task creation, allocation, and monitoring. Following a short setup, TOPeration allows employees to see exactly what their daily tasks are during their shift. This allows management to have complete monitoring capability over everything that goes on in the store, including employee task execution, supplier arrival times, and damage to equipment. Use of TOPeration can increase employee productivity by up to 30% and enable a shift in management style from micromanaging to strategic thinking.
