The system integrates directly with a building’s management system (BMS) and continuously adjusts ventilation settings in response to real-time variations in outdoor air quality. It increases air intake when outdoor conditions are favorable and reduces intake during periods of high pollution. Powered by artificial intelligence, the platform performs real-time predictions of indoor air quality during building occupancy. These predictions are based on analysis of urban pollution levels and other contextual variables, enabling dynamic adjustments to optimize indoor air quality. Urecsys’ system is designed to support compliance with ASHRAE ventilation standards and contribute toward meeting sustainability and health benchmarks, including LEED points, BREEAM compliance, and WELL certification.
