WE@HealthTech is a HealthTech launchpad program that aims to promote women managers to C-level executive positions throughout the Israeli ecosystem and build their skills for successful executive careers. In a very short time, the program is able to accelerate personal and professional growth, while stimulating significant career progression and multiple meaningful collaborations. WE@HealthTech allows participants to find the knowledge and path to senior leadership positions by providing inspiration and encouragement, by improving management skills and ability to make business impact and by creating a community of supporters and advocates.
