Yair Weinberger

Yair Weinberger is a Tech Entrepreneur and Angel Investor, investing in early-stage deals. He was the Co-founder & CTO of Alooma, which developed a Real-time Data Pipeline Integration Platform. The company was acquired by Google for $150m in February 2019. Following the acquisition, he joined Google as a Principal Engineer. Prior to this position, he served as an SVP R&D at ConvertMedia, which connected publishers and advertisers through a programmatic platform and marketplace that delivered video advertising campaigns. The company is now part of Taboola, after being acquired by it in 2016. Earlier in his career, he was ranked Captain in the IDF and served in a few positions including Project Manager, Software Team Leader, Researcher Team Leader, and Researcher. Yair is an alumnus of the prestigious Talpiot elite IDF program (Class XXII).
