The company has developed a comprehensive open commodities trade and risk management (O-CTRM) SaaS platform designed for manufacturers and industrial companies. Yashar Trades O-CTRM platform will allow traditional industries instant and safe access to new markets while rapidly innovating their procurement and sales processes with little to no investment in IT systems. The platform comprises three main environments: the ecosystem, the marketplace, and payments and insurance. The ecosystem allows for rapid digital KYB, AML, due diligence, and risk assessment for new community members. The marketplace is driven by a combination of artificial and human intelligence to facilitate sales, procurement, online bids, contract management fulfillment, and risk analysis. Payments and insurance uses big data and blockchain technology to enable secure online payments, payment term financing, deal insurance, credit, and risk management.
