DairyX is creating animal-free and clean-label dairy products using functional milk proteins made in yeast through precision fermentation. DairyX seeks to create products that taste and cost like traditional dairy products without the health hazards or hurting animals, and by using ~10% of the land, water, and CO2e resources needed for the conventional dairy industry.
