​Dovi Frances is an Israeli-American venture capitalist and entrepreneur, best known as the founding partner of Group 11, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm specializing in fintech investments. He holds a BA in Management from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Before founding Group 11 (formerly SGVC), Frances gained experience in private banking and wealth management. Under his leadership, Group 11 has invested in notable companies such as HomeLight, Reali, and Blyp, with a focus on early-stage fintech startups. Frances is also active in public discourse on financial innovation and Israeli tech policy, having been nominated in 2024 to help establish Israel’s AI National Directorate
