Gil Dibner is the founder and general partner of Angular Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv and London, which invests in enterprise technology companies from Israel or Europe. Prior to that, he served as a Venture Syndicate Lead at AngelList Syndicate, based outside the US, exclusively focused on enterprise and frontier technologies originating in Europe or Israel. In the past few years, he has built a portfolio of several companies born in Tel Aviv, London, Paris, Berlin, and Stockholm. Prior to setting out independently, he was a Partner at DFJ Esprit in London, and a Principal at Index Ventures in London, where he helped manage Indexs pan-European seed portfolio. Prior to this position, he was a Venture partner in Israel at Gemini Israel Ventures and Genesis Partners, based in Tel Aviv. During his years in the Israeli venture capital landscape, he led investments in notable companies as The Gifts Project, Flok, Innovid, JFrog, Profitect, SiSense, and Yedda. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dibner worked in the Equity Research department at Goldman Sachs in New York covering Internet, Internet infrastructure, and specialty finance. Mr. Dibner grew up in Boston, is based in London, calls Tel Aviv home, and works across Europe & Israel.
