The company is developing an innovative technology for the production of titanium dioxide (TiO2) with the potential to significantly improve the reduction of production costs and its environmental impact. Titanium dioxide is used in the paint industry, construction, coatings, food, medicine and more. The secondary product of the Company is the production of Iron Oxide, used as natural and non-toxic pigment in paints, coatings, ceramics, construction materials, plastics, and as catalysts in chemical processes. Today it is produced in processes that release energy and emit high amounts of carbon dioxide, and the innovation that exists in the world in the field offers only minor improvements in the existing processes. This new technology employs a rapid, environmentally friendly chemical oxidation technique that generates TiO2 in just minutes and at room temperature. The process can operate as a standalone system or be integrated into existing plants during retrofitting.
