Israel Audiobook Project aims to make books accessible to students with reading disabilities. The audiobooks are accessible and free of charge to eligible students on the site and in an app. Israel Audiobook Project is developing a student and teacher dashboard that enables data collection at an individual, class-wide, and national level. Teachers can upload and share lesson plans based on Israel Audiobook Project's content, fostering a community of contribution. Israel Audiobook Project will also implement gamification features aimed at incentivizing continued progress. The technological platform is being developed with Carmel 6000, an Israeli social impact technology project.
