Jastok has developed a modular and generic SaaS system that can be easily connected to hospitals, control rooms, 24/7 call centers, and customer service centers, allowing the organization to strengthen its relationship with its customers by turning mobile calls into video sessions with no need for the customer to install an app. The system can turn calls with customers into video calls with an option to see the customer's exact location on a map. The system also allows a "Video Call Scheduler" button to be embedded on the client's website, allowing the customers to schedule video calls with relevant representatives while streamlining the whole process, including setting the days and hours when representatives are available and sending reminders to both parties. Jastok customers include a US-based general insurer and an Israeli company that handles medical claims, with a few more pilots in the pipeline.
