remotEMDR has developed a platform that equips EMDR therapists with a holistic solution for online EMDR therapy. remotEMDR enables the therapist to control and monitor the presentation of bilateral stimulation (BLS) remotely while it runs synchronously on both the therapists computer and the clients computer. The visual and auditory aspects of the BLS (e.g. color, speed, type, etc.) can be changed and saved according to each clients preferences, both between and during remote EMDR sessions. remoteEMDR works with Zoom, Skype, and other leading video-chat platforms. In response to the coronavirus outbreak, remotEMDR is currently being offered free of charge.
