Safe Lane has developed a mobile app designed to continuously film the road in order to record and report traffic violations. When the user signals to the voice-activated app that a traffic violation has occurred, a video recording of the incident is automatically and securely sent to a screening center at the Israel National Road Safety Authority. The substantiated video clips are then passed on to the police, who can in turn use them as evidence admissible in court. Safe Lane is operated in partnership with the Israel National Road Safety Authority.
