About
Sealaria develops and produces a variety of formulations and applications based on gelatinized Gracilaria conferta. Red algae Gracilaria conferta is native to the east Mediterranean and rich in vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, and sulfated polysaccharide agar. Gracilaria dry matter has been used for medical purposes since ancient times. Sealaria's IP is the gelatinization process of red algae in general and the Gracilaria species in particular. The process starts with extremely clean growth of the red algae. The cosmeceutical raw material preserves all of the ingredients of the original algae. Controlled algae growth conditions allow the sustainable availability, consistency, and quality of the product while meeting the regulatory requirements for environmental protection. Sealaria's production process is compliant with FDA regulations, assuring customers of the use of high-quality natural materials. The algae are grown exclusively for the company in a farm at Rosh Hanikra.
