About
SPRING Vision is developing a technology for noninvasive, real-time, multispectral retinal imaging for automated diagnostics of ocular and systemic diseases. The technology allows physicians to better differentiate between healthy and early-stage diseased retinal blood vessels. In addition to large and small retinal and choroidal blood vessel detection, an additional novel technology is evaluated for portraying a retinal oxygenation map. Coupled with AI, the above capabilities are likely to transform the practice of modern-day medicine. Microangiography, combined with retinal tissue oximetry (under clinical investigation), is expected to revolutionize the diagnostic ability and clinical application of retinal imaging, leading to a better forecast of retinal and systemic diseases through retinal imaging. The iCapture45 is a non-mydriatic and mydriatic multispectral retinal imager with a 45 degree field of view that uses SPRING Visions proprietary technology. SPRING Vision is working on the upcoming iCapture75, a mydriatic imager with a larger field of view.
