It characterizes problems and needs, understands and then creates work processes, finds relevant tools and solutions and then implements them. Because tomorrow, those who have embraced artificial intelligence will thrive; others will be left behind. The app is still basic, but the goal is to bring an initial POC: We will focus on characterizing one segment, and will accompany about 20 selected business owners with the system until the system knows and understands what the businesses in the segment need, what hurts them, what tools they use, what is good and what is less.
